Training
Over the past 12 months resourcingcrm has continued to develop our application training modules to ensure new customers find the transition to using AvatureCRM a smooth one. During this time our training curriculum has expanded and in Q4 2010 we will be rolling out 2 day training as part of the standard corporate implementation. The changes reflect both increased functionality and insight provided by our customer base as to their needs.
For our existing customers we offer ongoing training to support current or new user groups, standard users, power/admin users and new feature functionality.
We will continue to run advanced sourcing training for larger classes as an in-house training programme or in public programmes in partnership with InsideJobs
Prior to commencing training a questionnaire will be completed to compile the training need and to build the required lesson plan. We anticipate that training will be the delivery of standard user/admin training days as refresher or for new users as well as bespoke sessions.
Instance enhancements
As part of the ongoing development of Avature and/or changes within our customers we have experienced a number of significant developments in the use of Avature to that scoped at implementation. As a result we have developed a service to support customers who would like assistance in configuring new features of Avature to their instance, changing existing usage or providing project support for tasks that as a business there is a preference to outsource rather than complete in house.
The scope of work is broad and would include areas such as: Workflow and Form creation for additional areas such as Alumni, Referrals, Redeployment, etc. List building, Portal creation…
Existing instance audit
resourcingcrm’s audit will review your current instance configuration and the utilisation by your users.
The audit begins with a questionnaire, from which we will determine areas to commence the audit and focus activities. We will then conduct analysis of system usage across the core functionality and new product features introduced since go-live or the previous audit.
From the information we gather, we will create a report that details the findings with regards to usage and make recommendations to improve the areas where we identify system weaknesses, poor practice or under utilisation.
Workshops
At resourcingcrm we recognise that for many customers there is an ongoing desire to keep abreast of the Avature product enhancements and the further application of the technology to new areas of their business. To support our ongoing customer’s needs resourcingcrm has introduced a workshop programme to support the continued effort to get the most from the AvatureCRM technology.
resourcingcrm will design and facilitate workshops with the purpose of exploring the possible application of Avature to automate and support specific projects and ongoing activities managed by the recruitment or broader HR function. The workshops will commence with a questionnaire to identify, agree scope and determine business outcomes. On completion of the workshop agreed outputs will be provided to support agreed next steps.
